Alterations of myosin isoenzymes and ADP/ATP carrier in Goldblatt hypertensive rats (part 5)

The values of SBP, PR and tissue weights are shown in Table 1. It can be seen that myocardial hypertrophy developed in the Goldblatt rats. That is, hearts and ventricles of Goldblatt rats were 2.1 and 2.2, respectively, times heavier than those of control rats. SBP and PR in Goldblatt rats were significantly higher than in control rats (P<0.01, P<0.05, respectively). Figure 1 shows the results of SDS-PAGE of mitochondrial protein extracts obtained from control and Goldblatt rats. Lane 1 shows the molecular weight markers of standard proteins. Lanes 2, 3 and 4, and lanes 5, 6 and 7 are mitochondrial membrane extracts from control and Goldblatt rats, respectively. The molecular weight of AAC is shown at approximately 30 KDa.Alterations of myosin isoenzymes and ADP/ATP carrier in Goldblatt hypertensive rats You finally have a choice and can find yourself a perfectly reliable pharmacy to shop with for best medications available: and see how quick and easy it could be to spend less money.

Figure 1 Representative SDS-PAGE (with 12.5% acrylamide) profiles of mitochondrial protein extracts. Lane 1 is a molecular weight marker. Lanes 2, 3, 4 and lanes 5, 6, 7 are three mitochondrial protein extracts of control and Goldblatt hypertensive rats, respectively. The ADP/ATP carrier (AAC) position is at a molecular weight of approximately 30 KDa
